Option 1
Sound Engineer
$17/hr – includes AUDIO/LIGHT operation throughout scheduled hours and set up of audio and light systems.
*All live performances require our sound engineer to be onsite.
Option 2
$45 flat fee for an AUDIO/LIGHT preset with specific light colors and sound check that will be set up in advance by TGC
Security Fee
$15/hr/guard (1 guard per 75 guests - will send the number of security needed and final quote based on event details)
*mandatory for live performances & events over 200 guests
Projector & Screen Rental
$40 includes the equipment. It is the renter’s responsibility to set up and break down. Renter is responsible for any damages to TGC equipment.
Set-Up & Break Down
$150 includes setting up tables and chairs and breaking them down at the end of the night, and removal.

Please keep in mind this is a two-floor venue. Sound can travel from time-to-time if there are activities on both floors. Please let us know in advance if you have specific sound requirements.

You will be responsible for setting up tables and chairs and breaking them down at the end of the night. You are also responsible for trash removal.

Proof of event insurance is required with the deposit for live performances and events over 200 guests
